Sparks Collected on the Camino

Each year, I take on a challenge to celebrate my birthday with something new. Two years ago, I hiked my first 4,000-meter mountain. Last year, I bought my first car and took countless solo trips to explore both the world and myself.

This year, I walked the final 100 kilometers of the Camino de Santiago, bringing along a camera to capture these “spark moments.” Here we go:

  • Focus on One Thing at a Time
Days were simple: walking all day, resting and eating when tired, and sleeping soundly at night. A very Zen way of living.

  • It’s the Journey that Matters
A one-hour drive from Vigo to Santiago or a five-day walk—both have their own value, but each step of the journey was worth it. Stay true to your own path.

  • Doing What You Love
Hiking is my form of moving meditation. I’ve learned not to push myself to do things that feel forced. Sometimes, things happen best when you let go and let them flow.

  • Sharing is Caring
After traveling and living in different countries, I’ve come to realize the importance of people, as the Romanian saying goes, ‘Oamenii sfințesc locul’ (People sanctify the place). Care for others when having the extra energy. They are part of me.

  • Our Creations Are How We Connect with the World
I’m grateful to send my signals here. Hello World.
